By completing this payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted the service details, inclusions and important notes listed below.

1. Planning fee

The planning fee covers the travel planning service provided by Atypical Spanish. This includes research, itinerary design, hotel planning support, local recommendations, experience suggestions and the agreed level of planning support described above.

The planning fee does not include the cost of hotels, restaurants, experiences, guides, transport, transfers, activities, entrance tickets, travel insurance or any third-party services.

2. Payment

The planning fee must be paid before the planning process begins. Once payment has been completed, Atypical Spanish will send a travel form to collect the final details needed to start designing the trip.

3. Timeline

After payment and completion of the travel form, Atypical Spanish will prepare the first route structure and present it early the following week.

Once the route direction has been approved, the detailed day-by-day itinerary, hotel options and experience suggestions will be prepared. The complete itinerary will be delivered within approximately two weeks, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Adjustments

One round of adjustments is included before the final itinerary is confirmed.

Additional changes, extra rounds of adjustments or major route redesigns after approval may incur an additional planning fee.

Indicative additional fees:

• Extra itinerary adjustment round: from $150 USD
  
• Major route redesign after approval: from $250 USD
  
• Small booking or itinerary change after confirmation: from $50 USD
  

5. Hotels

Atypical Spanish can support with hotel research and booking arrangements as part of this service.

Hotel rates, availability, room types, cancellation policies, payment conditions and refunds are always subject to each hotel or booking platform.

Hotel prices and availability may change until bookings are confirmed.

Atypical Spanish is not responsible for hotel cancellation fees, refund timelines, rate changes or third-party payment conditions.

6. Experiences and activities

Atypical Spanish may recommend and help coordinate local experiences, activities, guides or third-party providers as part of the itinerary.

All experiences, activities, guides and third-party services are subject to availability, provider conditions, weather, minimum numbers, cancellation policies and final confirmation.

Atypical Spanish is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, quality of service or refund conditions from third-party providers.

7. Restaurant recommendations and reservations

This service includes restaurant and food recommendations.

Restaurant booking management is not included in the base planning fee unless agreed separately.

If the client would like Atypical Spanish to manage restaurant reservations, this can be added as an optional service.

Indicative fee:

• Restaurant booking management, up to 5 reservations: from $150 USD
  
• Additional restaurant reservation: from $35 USD each
  

8. In-trip support

This service includes communication during the planning process until the final itinerary has been delivered and the hotel bookings have been arranged.

Support during the trip is not included in the base planning fee unless agreed separately.

Optional in-trip support can be arranged as an add-on:

• Light in-trip support: from $150 USD
  
• Premium in-trip support: from $300 USD
  

In-trip support may include help with small questions, existing bookings, changes or last-minute recommendations, depending on the package selected.

Urgent same-day requests, new bookings, major changes or itinerary reorganisation during the trip may incur an additional fee.

9. Changes after delivery

Once the final itinerary has been delivered and the hotel bookings have been arranged, the service is considered complete.

Any additional requests after delivery, including new research, new hotel searches, restaurant bookings, experience changes, cancellations or extra coordination, may be charged separately.

10. Travel responsibility

Travellers are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, travel insurance, health requirements, driving licences, luggage, personal belongings and any other travel documentation needed for the trip.

Atypical Spanish provides travel planning and advisory support but is not responsible for personal travel decisions, travel disruptions, airline changes, delays, cancellations, weather conditions, strikes, illness, accidents, lost belongings or force majeure events.

11. Acceptance

By completing this payment, you confirm that you understand and accept that this is a travel planning service. The planning fee does not include the cost of hotels, restaurants, experiences, transport or third-party services. You also understand that additional changes, cancellations, restaurant booking management, in-trip support or extra requests may incur an additional fee.
